  2. Neighborhood Summer Picnic
  3. Cards and Flowers
    • for ill neighbors
    • neighbors who have had a death in the family
    • significant celebration
  4. Copies of Newsletters / Flyers
  5. Postage for mailings / Envelopes
  6. Copies of Covenants and By-Laws for all neighbors and future neighbors
  7. Voting Rights at Election Times
